Information Sheet

Once you have opened the registration form for your chosen programme, print and complete it by hand ensuring all sections are completed. Mail it to us at the address shown at the bottom of the form along with a cheque for the stated amount. Once we receive your registration form we will return a confirmation slip in the post to guarantee your place on the programme. If you would like to pay by credit/debit card, then please complete the form stating that you'd like to pay by this means, and we will call you to take payment on receipt of the form.
